Before we jump into the blog post, I want to quickly let you know that I’m currently accepting new one-on-one coaching clients who want a little extra guidance with changing their productivity habits. You can read more about my coaching practice here and book a session here. You can also download a FREE guide to habit formation and maintenance by subscribing to The Tending Letter in the pink box below this post. Thanks for your time, and enjoy the blog post!

My first online workshop is not only free, but it’s available in both video and printable guidebook versions!

In this workshop, I’ll teach you how to select a theme word to sustain you through the rest of your year. Perhaps you chose one in January, but it no longer feels appropriate or applicable, and you want to renew your relationship with it or choose another one entirely. Perhaps you have never used a theme word before. Please know that everything we practice in this workshop can be applied to choosing a theme word for any span of time, from a day, to a week, to a month, to a year, to beyond. You can also choose a theme word for a particular aspect of your life, such as your work, relationships, activism, or healing, or for a particular project, such as starting a new business or writing a book.

We’ll choose our words by first reflecting on our past six months as creatives, laborers, and community members, then we will brainstorm possible theme words via the use of prompts I’ll share.

Finally, I’ll guide you through setting a few actionable and achievable goals tied to your theme word. I’ll also share reflection prompts you can use to reflect on your theme word at the end of the month, quarter, or other predetermined time.

Don’t forget to subscribe to my twice a month newsletter below to get your FREE guide to habit formation and maintenance! You can read more about my coaching practice here and book a session here.
