My word of 2020 is “intention,” and one way I’m living with more intention is by doing end of the month reflection and planning sessions. I literally scheduled “reflect and plan” in my planner for today, and I’m so glad that I did!
I developed a list of questions and spent around an hour answering them in my journal. After I was done, I updated my calendar, put a sticky note of February objectives above my desk, and set some heartfelt intentions for my personal and professional growth next month. I feel incredibly prepared, focused, and eager for February now!
